I feel disconnected.

I feel like more and more people are experiencing this kind of energy in their lives.
It’s natural that this can happen to any of us, but lately it seems to be becoming more common. There are many reasons for this, and some of them are quite obvious—like the state of the world after the pandemic and everything else that is happening around us.
The problem is that it starts to become normalized.
A lot of things become “normal” to us when we feel like we can’t change them. And today, more than ever, there are situations we believe we have no influence over—especially when we experience something for a long time.
We are creatures of habit, and what we go through repeatedly can start to feel normal, even when it’s the last thing we actually want.
This sense of disconnection is a feeling of not belonging—a feeling that, in some way, we are cut off and alone in something.

We have all felt this more than ever in recent years: loneliness within our own beliefs, in understanding what is happening, in pain…
Genuine relationships have broken down or been lost precisely because of this disconnection.
In addition, there is an enormous division in almost every area of life.
Many people lost a lot during that period, which made them feel like strangers in a world still strongly shaped by social media and constant displays of how beautiful and wealthy some people’s lives seem to be.
How do you feel when things in your life are not going well, while you’re scrolling through social media?
I assume—not very happy, especially if it keeps repeating.
Technology has made younger generations feel less valuable, not good enough, closed off, and withdrawn.
We have evidence of a significant rise in depression, mental health issues, and suicides.
This disconnection has been further deepened by social distancing and everything that followed, including the financial difficulties many people faced.
But the deepest disconnection happens when we feel alone in life, especially after the global break in connection that we all experienced in recent years.
If you think in terms of energy or feeling and want to describe this state—what would you call it?
We would all describe it a bit differently, depending on our past experiences.
For some, this period was a turning point where they could no longer resist identifying with that feeling.
This text was created from my personal illumination of this issue and a broader perspective on it.
Every healing or clarity begins here: to see the problem, to question its reality and the information around it, and then to look at whether it is even truly ours.
If we think in terms of energy—it is transferable. If you enter a room full of happy or sad people, you can feel it.
Whatever energy dominates, wins.
That is why we must be aware of it and ask ourselves whether this is the experience we want to live, and how easy it is to lose ourselves in a certain environment, forgetting that we always have a choice in where and how we want to be.
If we are not clear on how important it is today to protect our center—or if we don’t even know what our center is, how to access it, and what the essence of our existence is—then we are like leaves in a strong wind.
And that is exactly what is happening to many people.
We can never be separated from our infinite essence unless we are unaware that it exists.
You and I are, and always will be, connected as human souls.
Our innate sense of belonging cannot be broken, because wisdom flows through us—we are a drop from the ocean, from the Source that created us.
Rely on what gives you a stable foundation in your body, mind, and spirit.
Connect to it and stay your course.
Constantly ask yourself: is this worth my energy, health, worry, time, investment?
What do I want now?
What brings me the most joy and movement in this moment?
If you practice this, I promise you will not fall into a state of disconnection, because when we are connected to ourselves—everything else falls into place.
